Reiki & Sound Healing are known to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, otherwise known as your rest and digest state. In this state, your body can release feelings of calm, clarity, relaxation, euphoria and awareness. This is an expansive environment for your body, leading to regeneration, restoration and feelings of happiness.
Reiki & sound healing can bring feelings of peace and help the body release blocked and stagnant energies improving your overall sense of wellbeing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
Mathilda is a professional singer and she incorperates singing with the crystal singing bowls through, chakra toning & light language. Light language is a universal and multidimensional language. It is spoken or sung in such a way as to bypass our linear thinking minds and speak directly to the center of our hearts. It is not meant to be translated but is instead received on a deeper cellular and soul level. It has the ability to clear our energy bodies in a profound and gentle way as well as activate places in our being, our very DNA, that are ready to be awakened and put into action.
