Face Yoga course:

6-week in person course: £150

Each session is 1-hr and over the six weeks you will learn variety of stretches, exercises and massage techniques to release any tension in your face for a youthful complexion.

It’s very different body yoga – encouraging a blood supply to the face. Discover exercise and massage techniques to release tension in the neck and shoulders and encourage a blood supply full of micro elements and nutrients to feed and nourish facial muscles, whilst understanding static stretching poses and isolating muscles.

It’s a fun and interactive session: be prepared to make funny faces and laugh with others and be empowered, strong, inspired and balanced with a natural healthy and loving supportive group of people!
